Mitsubishi signs up for Queensland tungsten

Global conglomerate Mitsubishi Corporation has signed a letter of intent with ASX-listed Carbine Tungsten to purchase all of the concentrate produced at the Mount Carbine tailings retreatment project, in Queensland. The tailings retreatment project at the Mount Carbine project is expected to produce around 100 t of tungsten a month over four to six years, from a resource of around two-million tons, grading 0.1% tungsten.
