Magma to spin-off WA gold projects

ASX-listed Magma Metals has announced plans to spin-off its Western Australian gold assets in a gold-focused exploration company called Greenstone Metals. The assets that would form part of Greenstone Metals include the Lake Grace, Griffins Find, Laura River, Roe and Mount Jewell projects, and would allow Magma Metals to focus its resources on progressing the Thunder Bay Norht platinum-palladium-copper-nickel project, in Ontario.
